Azuria Water Solutions Announces the Acquisition of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Division of Nor-Cal Pipeline Services

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Azuria Water Solutions^®, a leader in technology-enabled water solutions, today announced the acquisition of the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) division of Nor-Cal Pipeline Services, a California-based utility services company.

The acquisition includes Nor-Cal Pipeline Services’ CIPP operations, related assets and personnel. The transaction does not include the Nor-Cal Pipeline Services company or its other service divisions, which will continue operating independently under Nor-Cal Pipeline Services and Legacy Utility Group.

Nor-Cal Pipeline Services CIPP division has served customers throughout California for nearly 20 years. Its CIPP division has built a strong reputation for trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and related services.

Through the acquisition, Azuria will add Nor-Cal’s CIPP capabilities and experienced team to its existing portfolio of pipeline rehabilitation solutions.
